    General Manager

    Prior to becoming General Manager, Gene served as IBM Resilient’s VP of Sales and Customer Success for five years and helped grow the company into the industry leader in incident response orchestration. Before IBM Resilient, Gene founded FVF Partners, a firm that helped CEOs and senior managers at early-stage high-tech companies to refine their sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue. Before starting FVF Partners, Gene was president of Nine Technology, and has also served as VP of worldwide sales and global alliances for the security information and event management business unit of RSA, the security division of EMC.

    Bruce Schneier

    Bruce Schneier is an internationally renowned security technologist, called a “security guru” by the Economist. He is the author of 14 books – including the New York Times best-seller “Data and Goliath: The Hidden Battles to Collect Your Data and Control Your World” – as well as hundreds of articles, essays, and academic papers. His influential newsletter “Crypto-Gram” and his blog “Schneier on Security” are read by over 250,000 people.

She previously co-founded ThriveHive.com, a SaaS-based marketing platform, and has held various executive marketing roles at Monster.com, Polaris Venture Partners, Cambridge Technology Partners, and (GE) NBC Universal.

    Paul Ayers

    General Manager, EMEA

    Paul Ayers is an executive with a proven track record of bringing success to security companies in EMEA. Prior to Resilient Systems, Paul was VP EMEA for Vormetric, and has also held senior positions for PGP Europe, PGP Corporation, and Symantec. Paul is also the Manager of Enterprise Memberships EMEA for the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a not-for-profit organization with a mission to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within cloud computing.

  7. Gant Redmon

    Gant Redmon

    Program Director, Cyber Security and Privacy

    Gant has worked at security software companies for the past nineteen years, most recently at IBM’s Security Division. He ran internal GDPR compliance for IBM Security and currently manages the legal logic in the IBM Resilient Incident Response Platform. Prior to IBM, Gant was the general counsel at several security startups that went on to be acquired. In 1997, he was appointed membership on the President Clinton’s Export Council Subcommittee on Encryption (PECSENC).
