Senior Quality Engineer

Resilient Systems, Inc. seeks Senior Quality Engineers to: 

  • Design test strategies, test plans, and test cases – as well as leverage test automation for our SaaS platform
  • Provide active technical leadership throughout the entire development process, including reviewing acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases and test automation code, setting up environments, and communicating with the project team on defects, issues, and QA status
  • Develop, implement, and debug automated test scripts
  • Extend the test automation framework to support testing initiatives
  • Prioritize testing efforts to best effectuate corporate strategies in collaboration with project stakeholders 

Position located in Cambridge, MA. Requires Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, and three years of experience in: 

  • Software Quality Assurance in an Agile/Scrum environment with manual test case design, creation, and management
  • Software security/vulnerability testing
  • Application performance testing
  • Relational databases (setup and configuration)
  • Software internationalization testing
  • One or more of the following scripting languages: Shell, Perl, or Python
  • Linux and Solaris operating systems
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Administration
  • Internet protocols including TCP/IP
  • VMWare and other virtualization technologies 

Candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of security and other technologies, including: 

  • SAML, 2-factor authentication, LDAP, Active Directory, content management and collaboration systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of test automation platforms, including TestNG and Selenium
  • Familiarity with encryption techniques and technologies including the operation of both symmetric and asymmetric encryption and the significance of key lengths and cipher chaining methods
  • Understanding of PKI and certificate authorities
  • Comprehensive experience with at least one authentication solution, such as RSA Authentication Manager or CA siteminder
  • Comprehensive experience with testing on Apple iOS platforms

Channel Marketing Manager

In this role you'll have a direct impact on the success of our channel marketing and sales organizations. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this newly created role will work closely with the marketing team and the sales organization to define and develop the programs and processes required to drive channel awareness, recruitment, onboarding, and ultimately sales.

  • Define and deliver channel partner marketing programs to support demand generation targets
  • Define, communicate, and deliver levels of marketing support for each partner type
  • Develop, execute, and track the success of marketing campaigns that promote Resilient through the channel
  • Define and execute awareness programs to keep partners aware of Resilient’s latest campaigns, solution offerings, and channel partner wins
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure channel marketing programs align with the overall marketing program for each region
  • Partner with marketing and sales to deliver partner events
  • Work with marketing and sales to scope and implement the infrastructure required (ex. Salesforce.com features/ plug-ins) to track programs and their success
  • Manage the channel marketing budget and track ROI for channel programs
  • Work with internal and external resources to deliver finished, approved partner marketing materials and templates
  • Ensure pipeline growth for Resilient and partner sales team within target markets
  • Communicate plans and successes to key marketing and sales stakeholders
